Joseph Cruz broke the La Salle school record last set in 1982 with a jump of 12'1". The old record was 12 feet.
Ariel Pastoriza placed 6th in the Sophmore Pole Vault. The freshmen vaulters all placed in the top 6. Kieth Rodriguez placed 2nd with a vault of 8'0. Evan Hairston placed 3rd wiht a vault of 8'0". Johnathan Bravo placed 6th with a vault of 7'6".
Triple Jump
Freshman Evan Hairston placed 1st in the Freshman Triple Jump with a jump of 36'0". Marvin Alenus placed 2nd with a jump of 34'5".

Carlos Rivera breaks Five minutes for the Mile
"The High Milers" Carlos Rivera ran a Personal Best of 4:59.6 and placed 1st in the 1600 meter run. Yeffry Vega ran a 5:19 for the Freshmen 1600 meter run, and Placed 2nd . Chris Soto placed 5th in the 300 meter run with a time of 45.1 seconds.
"The Flight Acadamey" Joseph Cruz placed 2nd in the 55 meter Hurdles with a time of 8.4. Keith Rodriguez placed 2nd in the 55 meter Hurdles with a time of 9.3 seconds. Keith also placed 2nd in the High Jump.
"The Flying Bricks" Jude Monestime placed 1st winning the Sophmore Shot-Put with a throw of 39" 2.1/2". Robert McCulloch Placed 1st winning the Freshmen Shot-Put with a throw of 39'8.1/2". Jonathan Bravo threw for a personal best of 36"0" and placed 4th .
